A consultancy specialising in Employment Relations & Law for employees and employers alike. Leading pay negotiations, Mediation, Court and Authority advocacy, employment law opinions. Mediation and Arbitration. Conducting employment investigations, personal grievances, bullying, discrimination and redundancy cases.

COUNCILLOR , Hearings Chairman, past Finance Chairman. (Part Time)

Hutt City Council – NZ’s ninth city; $110 million revenue, $1.3 billion assets. Part of a governance team that turned around Hutt City from a high debt basket case city into a gold business excellence award winning local authority achieving a S & P AA rating with modest rate increases.

MAYOR – Eastbourne Borough. (Part Time)

Heading a small prudent council. Chairman of a profitable bus company. Kept rate increases below inflation, streamlined financial reporting and planning.

LECTURER – Massey University Wellington. (Part Time)

Teaching Labour Relations, 200/300 level. Previously Polytechnic part-time tutoring.
